It's unusual to find shells that are "perfect" and yet today I found three! Which got me thinking...
Our Path is a Spiral
Sometimes we need to circle back to unresolved issues from the past and set them right, even if only in our minds. Not every conclusion requires confrontation or action. Your intuition will tell you if you need a face-to-face or if thinking things through is enough. It's important to finish a lesson that hasn't been completed in order to move forward to the next one.
See if you have any unresolved matters and process them one at a time. Reflect on the heart of the situation, do the work, and when you can move past it, for the love of God, let it go. Remember, the idea is to spiral upward, not downward! Take the wisdom of the lesson with you as you continue on your journey. The less heavy baggage you carry, the better. Why not make your path in this lifetime as effortless and as light as possible?

This is the goal! Make sure your "round and round" is an upward spiral higher, not a circle. There is no need to revisit the same issue a million times. Do your work, learn the lesson, and set yourself free.
